Colleyville is a wealthy city in North Tarrant County located just south of Grapevine and Southlake along Highway 26. Colleyville is known for gated communities and larger lots that bring country living to a highly desirable location alongside Dallas Fort Worth Airport, and only 30 minutes from both downtown Dallas and 20 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.

For the most part, Colleyville is part of well-known Grapevine-Colleyville ISD which features highly ranked elementary, intermediate and high schools for families with children of all ages. Very small sections of the city feed into other local school districts, all with accolades of their own.

Ranked by Niche as the number two place to live in Tarrant County, second only to Southlake, Colleyville real estate is hard to come by, and usually doesn’t last long once it hits the market. Home values continue to rise in the area, and commercial developments continue to pop up which adds to the already extraordinarily convenient lifestyle afforded to residents in the area.
