Originally developed as a master planned community surrounding the town’s Country Club and golf course designed by Ben Hogan, Trophy Club continues to feel like a large golf course community to this day. It’s not abnormal for residents to use personal golf carts to transport themselves around town to local restaurants, community events or different outdoor activities.
Trophy Club has experienced massive growth in the past decade, with thousands of homes being developed as a result of an influx of notable corporations to the surrounding area. As a result the community feels very clean, new and full of life as you drive through town. Proximity to the recently developed state-of-the-art headquarters for Charles Schwab has brought even more growth to the area in the past couple of years.
